DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Florida Administrative Code 27P-22.004 requires submittal of an annual report of the Marion County Local Mitigation Strategy. This report, along with supporting documents, was transmitted to the State, and on January 18, 2024, Preston Bowlin, Marion County’s Emergency Management Director, received confirmation of compliance.
