DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
A transfer of funds is necessary to meet current and projected year-end expenditures. Computer hardware items were inadvertently budgeted under the Office Supplies account. This budget amendment transfers the necessary funds from the Office Supplies account to the Computer Hardware account to properly align the budget with the planned expenditures.
