David Craft, on behalf of the property owners, Trina Lester & Roy Lester Jr., filed a special use permit application to allow D & D Tree & Land Clearing, Inc. to use the property to store business vehicle(s) and equipment in a Mixed Residential (R-4) zone. The subject property (Parcel 1029-005-010) is located approximately 0.35 miles east from the intersection of NE 150th Avenue and NE 141st Street. This request is made pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.8 - Special Use Permit.
