DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
For this current fiscal year 2025, Marion County Information Technology is requesting a budget amendment to move monies to the appropriate expense accounts to cover differences in the expected cost in the County's and PSC server leases
Information Technology is requesting the following transfers due to principal only payments for year one (1) of the five (5) year lease to purchases as well as a less than expected cost in the ERP servers and slightly more than expected for the BCC Main and PSC servers.
- $21,340.00 from Information Technology (Interest - Lease Purchase) to Information Technology (Principal - Lease Purchase)
- $26,985.00 from Information Technology (Rentals & Leases - Equipment) to Information Technology (Principal - Lease Purchase)
- $6,160.00 from Public Safety Communications (Interest - Lease Purchase) to Public Safety Communications (Principal - Lease Purchase)
- $178.00 from Information Technology (Rentals & Leases - Equipment) to Public Safety Communications (Principal - Lease Purchase)
