DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) is requesting $22,500 from the Law Enforcement Trust Fund (LETF) for donations to the following:
• Marion County Sexual Assault Center: $10,000
• Marion County Memorial Honor Guard: $10,000
• Boy Scouts of America: $2,500
The Sheriff has certified that this request meets the requirements of Chapter 932 of the Florida Statutes and that there are no recurring expenses for subsequent fiscal years.
