DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Marion Oaks Manor Extension project requires a funding increase for a right-of-way purchase. The subject parcel is 44822-000-12 and is an improved lot consisting of 3.30 Acres. The 1,560 square foot single family residence consists of four (4) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. Included in this purchase is also an 854 square foot out-building and a 288 square foot storage shed. $428,000 will be transferred from Transportation Projects Unassigned.
