DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Court Administration has been awarded Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance (JAG) grant, and a budget amendment is needed to establish the budget. This is a recurring JAG grant which provides funding for drug screens for Youth Court participants.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Increase General Fund appropriation by $10,000.
