DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The State House Initiative Partner (SHIP) grant allows a percentage of administrative expenses from the grant. Funds are being utilized for miscellaneous expenses from carry forward administrative expenses. These expenses have been identified after the budget process and include Contract Services, Operating Supplies, Promotions, Computer Software and Computer Hardware.
