DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Requesting to reclassify a position within the Marion County 911 Management Department from a Staff Assistant II to a 911 Specialist matrix position.  This request is driven by the significant increase in workload and responsibilities observed over the past few years, as well as the department's evolving needs. Reclassifying the position will ensure that staff are positioned at the appropriate level to handle the complexity of current and future demands.

 

BUDGET/IMPACT:

Savings of $2,362
