DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On September 4, 2014, an abatement lien in the amount of three thousand five hundred eighty-eight dollars and sixty-six cents ($3,588.66), plus interest, was recorded against Tax Receivables Corporation for the removal of an unsafe structure located on their property at 2285 NW 65TH Place, Ocala, Marion County.
The property was quit-claimed to Freddy Montenegro in March 2018. In June 2026, Mr. Montenegro paid the two hundred fifty dollars ($250) fee and submitted an application requesting relief of the lien.
