DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a Purchase Agreement in the amount of $1,400,000 plus closing costs for parcel 36143-003-00 associated with the S Magnolia Avenue at SW 80th Street Intersection Improvement Project. This is an improved lot of approximately 2.94 acres. The 2,439 square foot single family residence consists of three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, and a detached two (2) car garage.
The negotiated agreement is inclusive of any and all cost associated with this transaction. There are cost savings recognized in this negotiation by avoiding additional costs that occur during condemnation proceedings.
