DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
In order to complete right-of-way acquisition for the SW 49th Ave - Segment F project (STC073813), additional funding is needed. Fourteen parcels remain to be acquired, and based on current estimates, $2.3M will be needed to complete the acquisitions. The funding will go to cover the purchases of the physical property, as well as any necessary appraisals, asbestos remediations, and demolitions. The money will be transferred from Reserve for Future Capital Outlay to fund the necessary increase.
