DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Animal Services Department is requesting a transfer of funds due to a change in the account designated by Finance for funding staff leasing expenses. Temporary staff were originally budgeted under Contract Services - Other; however, Finance has determined that these expenses should be funded from the Employee Leasing account. This budget amendment is necessary to align the budget with the appropriate account and ensure that expenditure is properly recorded.
