2025 Schedule of Regular Board of County Commissioners Meetings

DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The meeting schedule for the calendar year 2025 was presented to the Board on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. After discussion and some minor modifications, the Board approved the attached 2025 Schedule of Regular Board of County Commissioners Meetings.
As indicated on the schedule, the recommended changes are:
• There will only be one meeting in January, on January 21, 2025, and it will include Planning and Zoning.
• The first meetings in March and September have been moved to Wednesday.
• Good Friday will be observed as a Holiday.
• The Public Hearing to establish the maximum millage rate was set for July 24, 2025.
• The Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) has confirmed their meeting scheduled through May 2025; the meetings shown for the remainder of the year are pending TPO Board approval.
