DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Staff will present the attached proposed amendment to Land Development Code Article 4, Division 4, Section 4.4.5 Off-Site Signs. The applicant’s proposed language was reviewed by the Land Development Regulation Commission (LDRC) on September 2, 2026, and, with staff recommended language, was forwarded to the LDRC Public Hearing on September 30, 2026, during which they recommended approval and transmittal to the Board for consideration.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Receive public comment, provide direction, and confirm the second Public Hearing scheduled for November 9, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
