DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On March 1, 2022, the Board approved an agreement with Community Foundation for Ocala/Marion County (Community Foundation) to administer and distribute American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds in the amount of $2,000,000 to nonprofits over a three (3) year term. A first amendment was approved by the Board on April 5, 2022, to revise original grant awards to the qualified applicants.
This second amendment is requesting to extend the original agreement from December 31, 2024, to May 31, 2025.
