DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Animal Services ordered a 3/4-ton 4x4 pickup truck in the prior fiscal year. Delivery was originally anticipated in October, which would have placed the expense in the new fiscal year. As a result, $74,018 was included in the department's carryforward request. However, the pickup truck was received on September 18, 2025, and these funds no longer need to be reappropriated into FY2026.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Decrease General Fund appropriation by $74,018.
