DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The current expenditure budget for Project ESC000001, the Enterprise Resource Planning Capital Project, is inadequate due to an unanticipated Tyler EPL expense that was not included in the original budget. To cover this one-time cost, funding will be drawn from the department’s reserve for contingencies. This is a non-recurring need and does not represent an ongoing budget impact.
