DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On September 3, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) approved the SHIP Annual Report and Local Housing Incentives Certification. The SHIP Annual Report details how the County utilized program funding to support and strengthen affordable housing efforts within the community that were completed during the reporting period.
Marion County’s SHIP Annual Report was submitted and approved by Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC) on December 29, 2025.
The Annual Report is available for public review on the FHFC website.
