DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Code Enforcement Board has two (2) vacancies: one (1) full member and one (1) alternate member.
Incumbent alternate member Jeffrey Ball would like to be considered for the full member vacancy. One (1) new application was received from Charles Hannah. No other applications were received during the advertisement period.
If Jeffrey Ball is appointed as a full member, the resulting alternate member vacancy, for an unexpired term ending August 2028, will be advertised during the next cycle.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to appoint applicants to fill the existing vacancies on the Code Enforcement Board, or direct staff to conduct additional recruitment for the vacancies.
