DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Sheriff has agreed to provide traffic enforcement over private roads within the community of the Summercrest Homeowners Association, Inc The attached agreement describes the service area, duties and responsibilities of the parties. The agreement will commence upon signature by all parties and shall be in effect for a term of one year. Thereafter, the agreement shall automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms, unless terminated by either party with 30 day written notice.
