DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On November 18, 2025, the board approved a contract for construction of an 8-foot barrier fencing around the Southwest Regional Water Reclamation Facility for odor control; however, additional sections using a stack block wall with underdrain over the existing concrete slab are needed. It will also eliminate the manual roller gate relocation and reduce the amount of fence to be removed.
