DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On October 5, 2021, the Board approved a contract with Target Solutions Learning, LLC d/b/a Vector Solutions for an online training platform used to provide safety, human resources, and compliance training to County employees. The platform supports employee safety, regulatory compliance, and communication of workplace policies and updates.
For the upcoming renewal, Human Resources and Risk Management negotiated a reduced per-user rate and adjusted the number of licenses from 1,100 to 1,050, resulting in a total annual cost of $49,934.80 and savings of $12,483.70 from the originally proposed renewal amount. Human Resources will fund licenses for General Fund departments, while Enterprise departments will fund their respective licenses.
Attached for review is the vendor-signed contract amendment with an approved LRM from Legal. Upon approval at today’s meeting, it will be presented to the Chairman for signature.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; annual expenditure of $49,934.80, allocated among departments in accordance with the attached funding breakdown and account codes.
