DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Property owners, Brandon Jimerson and Bobbie Stutts, have filed an application to rezone a 4.34-acre parcel on the north side of SE 122nd Place, and approximately 0.25-miles north of Lake Weir, from Single-Family Dwelling (R-1) to Residential Agricultural Estate (A-3), pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.5. The subject property is situated outside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) but is within the County's Secondary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (SSPOZ) as well the Environmentally Sensitive Overlay Zone (ESOZ). The owners intend to live on the property and use it for agriculturally related activities.
