DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., on behalf of property owners, Lake Louise, LLC., has filed an application to rezone a 9.51-acre parcel on the north side of SW 32nd St. from Single-Family Dwelling (R-1) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) for a maximum of 151 multi-family dwelling units, pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.31. The subject property is situated inside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) as well as the County's Primary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (P-SPOZ).
