DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Tillman & Associates, on behalf of Swift Concrete LLC (Shores Sand Mine LLC), has filed a rezoning application to rezone approximately ±9.016 acres of a 43.69 acre parcel from Multi-Family Dwelling (R-3) to Light Industrial (M-1). The Parcel Identification Number for the subject parcel is 9030-0728-01, addressed at 375 Emerald Road.  The legal description is provided within the application. The site is located within the Primary Springs Protection Zone.  The application proposes rezoning a ±9.16-acres portion to Light Industrial (M-1) for all uses permitted within the proposed zoning classification and for the purpose of establishing a concrete batching plant with a companion SUP 261103SU.
