DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On behalf of Facilities Management, Procurement advertised a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) with the intent to contract with several experienced and qualified contractors for asphalt services throughout the County. Three submittals were received and evaluated.
After a thorough review by the Selection Committee comprised of Jared Peltz, Jim Sweet, and Joey Amodo, Facilities recommends rejecting all current bids. This will allow Facilities to revise the scope of work to better align with project requirements and provide greater clarity in the cost proposal.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
None; rejecting all bids carries no budget impact.

Motion to reject all bids under 25Q-059 and allow staff to re-advertise at a later date.
