Reinaldo Correa-Torres, acting as the owner and applicant, requests to rezone a 0.37-acre undeveloped parcel with no address assigned, located at SE 157th Street, Umatilla, Florida, from Multiple Family Dwelling (R-3) to Mixed Residential (R-4).
