DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This workshop is requested to review the current Land Development Code buffer requirements and discuss new alternatives. Growth Services staff has toured the University of Florida’s Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (UF/IFAS) Citra Research Facility, and has conferred with UF/IFAS staff and Parks and Recreation staff to formulate design options.
Staff proposes this workshop on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in coordination with an additionally proposed workshop the same afternoon.
