DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This item requests approval to reschedule the previously scheduled workshop regarding the Marion Oaks Manor Extension Project Development and Environment (PD&E) study. The Marion Oaks Manor Extension Project extends from SW 49th Avenue to CR 475, including a flyover of Interstate-75 (I-75). The workshop was originally scheduled for November 12, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the McPherson Governmental Campus Auditorium and is proposed to be rescheduled to December 9, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the same location. The purpose of the workshop is to review the preliminary recommendations of the PD&E study prior to the public information meeting.
