DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On April 7, 2026, the Board approved a contract for services with Ballard Partners to represent the County's interests with the Florida Legislature. This contract requires funds that were not in the original budget for Professional Services. Stormwater and Utilities are splitting the fees associated with this agreement. This adjustment adds the necessary funding for FY 2025-26.
