DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On agenda for the board meeting on September 1, 2026, a Budget Adjustment incorrectly identified the FDOT Reimbursement revenue account as having available funds. This one-time Budget Amendment Request is necessary to correct the account's negative balance and resolve the accounting error.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Increase Marion County Utility Fund by $172,636.
