DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request for reappropriation in the amount of $123,196 from EK43538-563101 to EK438-563102 (Improvements - CIP). The DRA 5009, 5019, and 5077 sinkhole repair project was initially estimated to come in under the threshold necessary for capital projects. However, after the bidding process was completed, the low bid for the project was $121,216 plus $1,980 for geotechnical work, for a total of $123,196. New project number SMC0007MA has been created to facilitate the transfer. The CIP will also need to be amended as necessary.
