DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Stone Creek Del Webb Solaire Phase 2 & 3 Final Plat was approved by the Development Review Committee on August 4, 2025. The Final Plat will be forwarded to Administration for review and signature once the Subdivision Improvement Agreement with Bond is approved by the Board of County Commissioneers. Land Development Code Section 2.18.4.D states that a security, limited to an irrevocable letter of credit, bond, or other form approved by the County Attorney, shall be provided in the amount of 120 percent of the estimated cost of remaining improvements.
The County Attorney’s office has reviewed and approved the Subdivision Improvement Agreement with Surety Bond in the amount of $7,998,744.00, including landscaping.
This subdivision is located in the southwest portion of the County containing 270 lots, 13 tracts, and 2.04 miles of road on approximately 85.05 acres.
