DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On February 17, 2022, the Board approved a piggyback to the City of Fort Lauderdale’s contract with C.A.P. Government, Inc., which provides plan reviews and inspection services. Marion County Building Safety is requesting to use the renewal option, which would extend the contract for an additional two (2) years.
Attached for review is a draft of the contract. Upon approval of renewal, the contract amendment will be sent to C.A.P. Government, Inc. and upon return, will be forwarded for the County Attorney’s, Clerk’s, and Chairman’s signatures.
