DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Property owners, Dylan and Kaitlyn Deming, have filed an application to rezone a 5.45-acre parcel from Community Business (B-2) and General Agriculture (A-1) to Residential Estate (R-E), pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.8. The subject property is situated inside the Farmland Preservation Area (FPA) as well as the County's Primary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (PSPOZ). The intent of the rezoning is to place a single-family home.
