DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On October 5, 2021, the Board approved a contract with Target Solutions Learning, LLC d/b/a Vector Solutions for an online training platform used to provide safety, human resources, and compliance training to County employees. The platform supports employee safety, regulatory compliance, and communication of workplace policies and updates.
This amendment will add training specific to Marion County Utilities, including utilities operations, maintenance, and management/engineering. The term of the additional services is for the period of November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027. Future renewals of the Marion County Utilities-specific training services will be brought back to the Board for approval if the associated expenditures exceed the department’s budgeted amounts.
Attached for review is the draft contract amendment. Upon approval at today’s meeting, the amendment will be routed to the vendor for execution, followed by routing to Legal, the Clerk, and the Chairman for signature.
