DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

On April 4, 2024, a Code Enforcement Board lien was recorded against Michelle S. Gray for junk, litter, and use of the right-of-way at 12942 NE 6th Lane, Silver Springs. The violations were eventually removed and Frank Gray requested a rescission of the lien on her behalf. The Code Enforcement Board heard the request on August 14, 2024, and based on the testimony presented, the Code Enforcement Board made a recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners rescind the lien and any administrative costs. Ms. Gray owns no other property in Marion County.
