DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On January 4, 2022, the Board approved a Purchase over $50,000 to Environmental Conservation Solutions (ECS) for the purchase of Bold & Gold® associated with 22B-038 CP 79 Silver Springs Shores Unit 68 Innovative Stormwater Retrofit of DRAs 7282 and 7402. Purchase Order 2200626 was originally issued for $284,383. Change Order 1 was a change to funding accounts to reflect grant funds.
Change Order 2 requests approval to add $21,154.14 to purchase additional Bold & Gold®. The County opted to construct a square cut on DRA 7282 which resulted in the need for additional Bold & Gold®.
Pending approval today, the Change Order will be presented for the Chairman’s and Clerk’s signatures after the meeting.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; cost for additional Bold & Gold® of $21,154 bringing the Bold & Gold® total cost to $305,537. Funding from Stormwater Program (EK430538) with project codes SMC0006-CIP STORMW-RETROF CNS-430 & SMC0006-CIP STORMW-RETROF CNS-430G.
