DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request for approval of a Resolution by Petitioner Bellehaven Development Group, LLC to vacate parcel 37912-000-00 in subdivision Antoona Heights, as recorded in Plat Book 9002, Page 250 (Formerly Plat Book B Page 250). The City of Belleview approved a Resolution vacating the plat of Antoona Heights. The Development Review Committee considered this request on June 23, 2025, and it was the committee’s recommendation that the petition be granted.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Revenue of $500 - Plat Vacate - BL400341 - 341903.

Recommended action
Motion to adopt a Resolution to vacate parcel 37912-000-00 in subdivision Antoona Heights as recorded on Plat Book 9002, Page 250 (Formerly Plat Book B Page 250) and to authorize Chair and Clerk to execute the same.
