DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Water Service Line Extension Agreement 20-SA-07 was Board approved on March 10, 2020. This Addendum to the Water Service Agreement allows Nova Ocala Real Estate, LLC to receive a partial reimbursement for construction of the pipeline. The pro rata share is distributed to all lots benefitting from the line extension and will be in effect for a period of seven (7) years from the date of the Agreement.
