DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On behalf of Marion County Facilities, Procurement advertised a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to contract with qualified firms to perform replacement and repairs on an as needed basis to Marion County owned and leased buildings. Three (3) firms responded. The Selection Committee reviewed three (3) proposals, ranking them per the tabulation below:

Following negotiations with all three (3) firms, the Selection Committee recommends awarding contracts to Balanced Mechanical & Plumbing Services, LLC, Meeks Plumbing, Inc., and McCloskey Mechanical Contractors, Inc.
Attached for review are the draft contracts for each of the firms; pending approval at today’s meeting, they will be sent to the firms for signatures. Upon return, they will be forwarded to Legal, the Clerk and Chairman for signatures.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
None - task orders that exceed the County Administrator’s approval threshold will be brought back before the Board for review and approval.

Motion to approve and allow staff to issue, and upon approval from Legal, authorize the Chair and Clerk to execute the contract under 25Q-057.
