DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve the Release of a Subdivision Improvement Agreement with Surety Bond associated with Sabana Reserve Phase 1. The improvements were inspected on January 16, 2026 and approved. The release will be recorded on the Public Record for proper satisfaction of the surety bond.
