DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The item(s) below have been received by Procurement Services and are approved for conformance with the Procurement Code/Manual, pending approval at today’s meeting.
1. Pending Requisition/Carahsoft Technology Corp - Procurement Services requests approval to renew the EUNA (formerly Bonfire) eProcurement Platform for the term of October 01, 2026 through September 30, 2027. The platform supports the County’s electronic solicitation and contract management process by managing sourcing workflows, vendor communications, proposal submissions, evaluations, and contract administration. Total expenditure of $50,916.28; funds are available in line AA176513-552106 (General Fund). This purchase meets the competitive bidding requirements under OMNIA Software Solutions and Services Contract #R240303.
2. Pending Requisition/Channel Innovations Corp. - Marion County Fire Rescue requests approval of purchase order for fiscal year 2027 for maintenance and testing of the Cascade machine. Total estimated expenditure of $75,000. Funds are available in line EF300522-546301 (Fire, Rescue and EMS Fund). This equipment is an approved standardization under 10ST-266.
3. Pending Requisition/Galls LLC. - Marion County Fire Rescue requests approval of Purchase Order for fiscal year 2027 for personnel uniforms. Total estimated expenditure of $240,000. Funds are available in $187,200 - EF300522-552107 (Fire, Rescue and EMS Fund) and $52,800 - AA305526-552107 (General Fund). This purchase meets the competitive bidding requirements under Sourcewell 011124-GAL.
4. Pending Requisition/Document Technologies of NCF. - Marion County Fire Rescue requests approval of Purchase Order for fiscal year 2027 for copier leases. Total expenditure of $75,240. Funds are available in $60,000 - EF300522-544101 (Fire, Rescue and EMS Fund) and $15,240 - AA305526-544101 (General Fund). This purchase meets the competitive bidding requirements under 22C-216.
5. Pending Requisition/Safe Air Corporation - Marion County Fire Rescue requests approval of Purchase Order for fiscal year 2027 for Plymovent maintenance. Total expenditure of $70,000. Funds are available in $50,000 - EF300522-546101 (Fire, Rescue and EMS Fund) and $20,000 - EF300522-546301 (Fire Rescue and EMS Fund). This equipment is an approved standardization under 18ST-109.
6. Pending Requisition/Tri-Co Communications, Inc - Marion County Fire Rescue requests approval of Purchase Order for fiscal year 2027 for parts and repairs of radio equipment. Total Expenditure of $55,000. Funds are available in $30,000 - EF300522-546301 (Fire, Rescue and EMS Fund) and $20,000 - EF300522-546101 (Fire Rescue and EMS Fund) and $25,000 - AA305526-546301 (General Fund). This purchase meets the competitive bidding requirements under 20C-111.
7. Pending Requisition/Alan Jay Automotive - Building Safety requests approval to purchase five (5) 2027 Chevy Silverado 1500s. The trucks will include spray-on bedliner, trailer package, tinting, Federal signal micro pulse ultra-LEDs mounted front and back, universal laptop mounting kit, and more. Total expenditure of $238,840; funds are available in line EP318524-564101 (Building Inspections). This purchase meets the competitive bidding requirements under Sourcewell contract # 2027 081325-NAF and 032824-NAF.
8. Pending Requisition/ETR Vehicles- Marion County Fire Rescue requests approval of removal and remounting of (6) six Type-1 Modules onto International CV515 cab and chassis. Funding is available in VJ733526-564101 Project STC0733VE (Surtax) Price per unit is $229,691. Total expenditure of $1,378,146; funds are available in line VJ733526-564101 (Infrastructure Surtax Cap Proj Fund). This purchase meets the competitive bidding requirements under FSA25-VEF19.0.
9. Pending Requisition/Medical Priority Consultants, Inc. - Public Safety Communications requests approval to purchase the annual renewal of Priority Dispatch System licenses, maintenance, and support for Medical, Fire, and Police disciplines, including ProQA, AQUA, Cardsets, technical support, and system upgrades. The system is used by Public Safety Communications to support standardized emergency call-taking and dispatch protocols. Total expenditure of $59,040.00; funds are available in line AA311529-552106 (General Fund). This purchase is an approved standardization under 13ST-111.
