DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Request Approval of the Developer’s Agreement for SW 52nd Street between Marion County, Florida and Aurora Oaks Ocala Inc, a Delaware corporation. Aurora Oaks has an approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) to develop property adjacent to and south of the SW 52nd Street alignment. The PUD approval requires that Aurora Oaks enter into this agreement concerning the construction of a portion of the SW 52nd Street improvements, including traffic signal improvements at the intersection of SW 52nd Street and SW 60th Avenue. This agreement is anticipated to be amended in the future as alignment and right-of-way matters are resolved.
