DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Davis Dinkins Engineering, P.A., on behalf of Southern Oaks RV Resort, LLC, filed for a blanket variance in accordance with Section 2.9.2 of the Marion County Land Development Code (LDC) to reduce the required rear (west) setbacks for all existing structures from ten (10) feet to a minimum of five (5) feet in a Recreation Vehicle Park (PRV) zone. The subject property-known as Southern Oaks RV Resort-is approximately 14.07 acres in size and contains approximately 158 lots for recreational vehicles, park models, and mobile homes.
