DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
At its May 15, 2018 meeting, the Board approved a contract with Occupational Health Centers of the Southwest, P.A. (OHCS) to Provide Medical Care Provider Services. The agency has performed Workers’ Compensation (WC) and non-WC care within the expectations of the contract. At this time the Fourth Contract Amendment is being presented to renew the agreement for one (1) year, effective October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022. The annual fee will be $265,414, which carries an increase of $11,014 and is included in the proposed FY 21/22 budget. Pending approval at today’s meeting, it will be sent to the Provider and upon return, will be routed for the Clerk’s and Chairman’s signatures.
