DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Animal Services is requesting to transfer funds from Regular Salaries & Wages to Overtime; funds will be available as a result of having vacant positions. Additional funds are also needed in Contract Services for temporary employees due to staff shortages. We are also requesting to transfer funds available as a result of livestock procedural changes and fluctuating gasoline prices to realign accounts for fiscal year end.
