DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Brooks Construction Service, LLC, on behalf of the Owner PAC3 Properties LLC, filed a rezoning application to change from expired Planned Unit Development (PUD) to Single-Family Dwelling (R-1) for a 0.91 acre parcel. The Parcel Identification Number for the property is 1754-053-033. The site address is 6272 SW 209th Avenue, Dunnellon, FL 34431. The subject property is located on the west side of S US Highway 41, about 4 miles from the Dunnellon city limits. The site is within the Primary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (PSPOZ) but outside the Urban Growth Boundary. The application proposes rezoning the entire 0.91 acre site to Single-Family Dwelling (R-1) for all permitted uses within the proposed zoning classification. The intent provided within the rezoning application is for the use of a single-family dwelling.
