All public or private road improvements shall comply with this Code. Offsite improvements and traffic signal installations/modifications shall be submitted as a separate application.

Each lot will be required to submit a Marion County Drainage Plan for designed and stormwater drainage. Access to each lot will be by a cross parallel access easement. Each lot is responsible for stormwater management and access through site design permitting.
